Think Funding recently supported Loughborough and Leicester based charity, Communities Food and Wellbeing Hub, to help it devise a long term strategy designed to achieve year on year growth through until 2029. Having recently featured on the BBC website, CFWH is breaking new ground with its focus on digital support as a means to help clients self-manage their own health issues, and at the same time develop their digital skill set. The charity has also been recently consulted by NHS England who have a growing interest in supporting those with health and mental health issues through alternative means other than GPs.
The Hub’s mission is to empower underserved communities by equipping them with the necessary resources and tools to tackle health and wellbeing challenges. Through our efforts, we aim to enhance both individual and collective well-being, contributing to the reduction of social and systemic inequalities.
Having guided the development of a series of strategic objectives to kick start CFWH’s future development, we are now focused on the creation of a fundraising plan to help leverage the resources to achieve sustainable growth.
